Who we are
The Women Leadership Network Switzerland is dedicated to empowering women through leadership development, knowledge building, and networking opportunities since 2018. Our mission focuses on inspiring change, advocating for gender equality, women's economic empowerment, and creating impactful connections across various industries and sectors.
Our role is to advance women’s representation in leadership role by designing initiatives to break down barriers and inspire the next generation of women leaders to act on their potential. We do strategic consulting, design thinking workshops, coaching sessions, blogposts, networking events and webinars that aim to build skills and confidence among young women leaders.
The Women Leadership Network partners with organizations, businesses and stakeholders to implement practices and policies that align with leadership development and sustainable development, actively promoting corporate social responsability, ethical mindset and the wellbeing economy.
By acting as a bridge between female leaders and sustainable development opportunities, we are instrumental in driving progress towards a more equitable and sustainable future for all.
