Who we are
The Women Leadership Network Switzerland is a forward-looking platform dedicated to empowering women through leadership development, knowledge building, and strategic networking since 2018. Our mission is to inspire systemic change by advocating for gender equality, women’s economic empowerment, and inclusive leadership across industries and sectors.
As we enter a new era shaped by digital transformation, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence, we are expanding our focus to equip women leaders with the skills and strategic insight needed to shape the future of digital governance and resilience.
Through our collaboration with OGP Switzerland, our think tank and policy lab, we explore critical intersections of gender, technology, and governance—ensuring that women are not only present but influential in shaping ethical, inclusive, and sustainable digital futures.
We offer a range of programs—including strategic consulting, design thinking workshops, coaching sessions, blog publications, and interactive events—to build digital leadership capacities among emerging and established women leaders. Our initiatives address both personal development and systemic change, with a growing emphasis on digital rights, cybersecurity literacy, and responsible AI leadership.
The Women Leadership Network actively partners with organizations, institutions, and stakeholders to co-create policies and practices that foster inclusive leadership, corporate responsibility, and the well-being economy. We champion ethical decision-making in the digital age, advocating for policies that protect rights, close gender gaps, and support sustainable innovation.
By acting as a bridge between women leaders and opportunities in sustainable and digital development, we are driving progress toward a more equitable, resilient, and inclusive future.
